Service fees are $35.00 USD per hour, charged in 15
minute increments. TTR also offers retainer plans at a discount, or
per-project-plans.
Retainer Plans
TTR offers retainer plans for clients who can
commit to a set minimum of hours per month.
These rates are
discounted from the regular hourly rates.
Clients who choose one of these plans retain
time paid in advance every month. Additional hours will be billed at the
same retainer rate. Time not used in a month can not be rolled over and
will not be reimbursed. Retainer plans can only be purchased by clients who
sign a 3 Month minimum contract.

Expenses
Any expenses acquired specific to the operation
of a client’s business, including, but not limited to: postage,
letterhead, stationary, office supplies specific to client’s needs,
and international calls, necessary software; will be billed to the
client and will be reflected itemized in the invoice.
Per-Project Plan
We will provide quotes for services on a per
project basis. The service fee for the project depends on its
complexity, estimated time and cost. A 50% deposit is required prior to
work being started. The final balance is due once the project
is completed.
Picture Restoration
and Slideshows
Picture restoration and slideshows
are projects. We give a quote for each picture/slideshow project depending on the work involved.
